We have recently supported a large scale, local government organisation to develop and implement a broad restructure programme. The project has included multiple departments and career grades, reviewing existing ways of working and introducing efficiency solutions that offer a financial saving of 47% YoY.
We are currently leading a large organisation through the introduction of a four day work week. Employees will continue to receive pay comparable to five day week whilst working 20% less hours per week. We are developing new ways of working that allow teams to and exceed KPIs whilst improving working conditions.
